PAYMENT

Payment is required at point of order. Payment can be made via PayPal and all major credit/debit cards.

MINIMUM ORDER

Our minimum order amount is just £50

All products can be bought in quantities of 1 except Wishes and Stretch Bracelets which have a minimum order of 5 per design.

CANCELLATIONS

We are happy to cancel and refund your order within 24 hours of it being placed provided that it is not a personalised order and has not yet been shipped. Once it has been shipped, it will be too late for us to do this. If you decide you want to cancel your order after it has been shipped please refer to the refund section for information on how to return you order for a refund.

SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch all wholesale orders within 10 working days, however, this can increase during busy periods and holidays. If timescales are extended details will be available on the homepage.

The dispatch time is how long after you place the order you should expect the item to be shipped, it is not how long it will take to arrive with you.

Items sent within the UK are sent via 1st class signed for post, please allow at least 2 working days for delivery after your item has been dispatched. This is only a guide and may take longer. Royal Mail do not Class post as being missing until 10 working days after the date of posting. If your items have not arrived after 10 working days a full refund or replacement will be given.

Items sent outside of the UK will be sent International Tracked and Signed for and take a minimum of 7 working days for delivery after dispatch. Royal Mail does not class items posted internationally as undelivered until 20 working days have passed for items sent to Europe and 25 working days to the rest of the world. If your item hasn't arrived after these timescales a full refund or replacement will be given.

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure their account shows the correct, current address. No refunds or replacements will be given for items sent to an old/incorrect address.

DAMAGES / DEFECTS:

Please inspect all orders immediately upon arrival. Please contact us at info@mollyandizzie.co.uk within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned products will be replaced with new products. Returned products will not be accepted if they are held for more than 15 days after receipt.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Wholesale orders may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective products as noted above.

NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS:

All of our Little Wishes, Rainbow Range, Bangles and Necklaces are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly.
